Kotei is the premier tournament of the year for Legend of the Five Rings. These events are held all over the world and are a chance for players to take major role in shaping events in L5R.
Melbourne Kotei welcomes players of all skill levels and experience, with a variety of events to suit players both old and new. The atmosphere and valuable play experience makes it an unmissable event for anyone remotely interested in L5R. Plus an amazing list of prizes will make sure no one walks away empty handed!

Saturday Events: Kotei Regional Championship
REGISTRATION
: 10am. SAMURAI 40/40. 6 Rounds Swiss Rounds cut to Final 8/16.All current errata and MRP will be in effect and run under AEG’s Rules of Bushido.
Winner earns a finals seed in the L5R World Championships and a major storyline choice
Prizes awarded at all levels for finishing place, top of clan, achievement, participation and more!
Kotei Consolation Tournament – OPEN 40/40: Played for fun parallel to Kotei finals, in itself a big tournament with great prizes. Samurai Edition rules and there will be a card exclusion list in effect.

Monday Events: L5R Legacy and Titanium Highlander

The Melbourne 2008 Kotei is the "World's Biggest Kotei" spanning 3 and a half days.
Cost: Kotei weekend will be $55 on the day or $50 Preregistered.
This is amazing value when you consider the incredible prize kit (overleaf) and multiple tournament entry. Every player will receive promos and boosters just for playing.

Open till May 18th - $50 prepayment required.
To Preregister for Melbourne Kotei 2008, held on June 7th-9th, you may do the following:
- • Pay cash in person to the Tournament Organiser
- • Pay via Direct Deposit (please email us for details @ aworld@labyrinth.net.au)
- • Pay credit card (phone though to Alternate Worlds on (03) 9529 2255)
